Hi All,
I hope that you made the most of this weekend. I think we, and everyone else in the state, mowed their lawn today! I was extra grateful for the sunshine as a pause to celebrate those who fought and died for our country and spend time with my family. We braved a rainy camp night and all survived! It's truly amazing how grounding it can be to be outside and unplugged.
I will be in the building tomorrow and will be leaving around 2:30. I am attending the National Community School Conference as members of the Community Schools Board that I sit on here in district. Tyler and Betsy will be on deck. I appreciate, as always, your all hands on deck approach. I'm hoping that the nicer weather will help support behaviors. Please remember to notice the positives, a pre-teach behaviors whenever possible.
News and Announcements
- PD Opportunity: RC will be offered in August at U-32. I would highly recommend that any educator sign up. This is a great opportunity to refresh your skills and feel extra ready for the start of the year. Please email Jen Miller-Arsenault if you are interested.
- Staff Meeting: Please use this time to start to get your things organized upstairs/cleaning/labeling etc. You may want to think of "toss/keep" piles.
- End of Year Events 24-25. This is a live document and is subject to additions or changes.
- Please see the LCAP below. As in January the expectations is largely that classroom teachers will complete the assessments. If there are specific students or small groups that you need help please coordinate with your Intervention team.
