Hi All, 

I hope that this message finds you well on this beautiful Sunday afternoon. While it seems like last week was the trifecta of pre-halloween chaos, full moon and an impending time change we made it through!

I wanted to thank you all for making our drill a success last week. The safety team will meet to review your feedback and make some changes for the next time. We appreciate the time you took and your commitment to our safety. 

I also wanted to share that I am grateful to you all for continuing to find fun ways to make learning joyful and fun. It's so important for our young people to have FUN while they are learning. I appreciate when I see adults and students having fun and learning together. Remember we're showing students a world they may have never known or seen. Our consistency and kindness makes all the difference in their lives.

• Family Conferences: 
• Family Conference Data ** As a reminder we are looking for the families who signed up and then attended the conference. Please document their attendance in the document provided. 
• Allied Arts/Interventionist: For conference days I am asking that you please connect with families either in person or via the phone. You can choose do contact a whole class or a handful from each grade level. Please make sure that you document the reach out in the conference data sheet as well. 
• Paraeducators: Please see this email from Julia P about your workday on Friday November 6th

We are really excited to remind you that paraeducator professional development on Friday, November 6, 2026 will be at U-32 in the Auditorium/Performing Arts Center. 

Danielle Kent is our guest speaker and her focus will be on Executive Functioning from 8:30-3:30pm.  There will be a 45 minute lunch break, lunch is on your own.  

As we all know, the auditorium is a large space.  In order to make this large space effective for Danielle and all of you we are requesting that all participants sit in the front center row, for ease of participation and dialogue, to the fullest extent possible.  

• We are finding our stride with the Wednesday Morning Meetings and our bi-weekly team meetings. We are running into some meeting coverage snafus. Please make sure to review this document
