Hi All, 

I hope that you all had a good weekend. We've got two days before a good stretch of time off. We can do anything for two days! 

Remember that we can slow down, give extra time to play and support your community. Friendly reminder that leaving the stability of meals, routine, supportive adults and our school for such a long time can also feel hard. So strike the balance in how we share about "break" and what we are doing over the Winter Break. 

Observations from the Field  

• SO much joy and silliness when we played games 
• Students feeling excited about helping the wider community
• I’ve seen students entrusted with meaningful roles—passing materials, helping peers, managing routines. Ownership builds confidence and encourages independence without pressure
• Saw an incredibly collaborative conversation about transitioning 6th graders to U-32. 
• New utilization of EduClimber to support

• Jennifer Miller-Arsenalut and Tim Couture will be in the conference room on Monday morning from 8:15-9:00 if you'd like to get some assistance with report cards.
